How To: View Blocked Spam Messages

This article describes how to view your blocked spam messages
Resolution:
- Browse to http://webmail.yourdomain.com
- Enter your full email address and password
- Click OK
- Click Read Mail Using Horde
- Click Mail on the left or top bar
- Click Spam on the left bar
- Your blocked spam messages will be displayed
Note: You should clear your spam filter reguarly. If the filter is not cleared on a regular basis your web server space allowance will fill up and you will be unable to receive email messages.
Clearing Blocked Spam Messages
- Browse to http://webmail.yourdomain.com
- Enter your full email address and password
- Click OK
- Click Read Mail Using Horde
- Click Mail on the left or top bar
- Click Spam on the left bar
- Click the Select drop down box and then click All
- Click Delete
- Click Purge Deleted
Alternate Option (for hosting administrators):
- Browse to http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
- Enter your FTP username and password
- Click OK
- Click Spam Assassin
- Click Clear Spam Box
- The spam box is now empty
