Summary:

his article describes how to allow an email address through your spam filter so it is never blocked.

Resolution:

1. Browse to http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
   
2. Enter your FTP username and password
   
3. Click OK
4. Click Spam Assassin
5. Click Configure Spam Assassin
   
6. Enter the domain in the whitelist_from box. 
   i.e. *@businessmanager.com.au
7. Click Save
