Summary:The following article describes how to access your website via FTP.

Resolution:

You will need an FTP client to access your hosting account.  We recommend Filezilla.

1. Enter the hostname: ftp.yourdomain.com
2. Enter your FTP Username
3. Enter your FTP Password
4. Browse to the public_html directory
5. You are now in the directory where your website will be published.  Manage your website as required.

Alternate Option (via browser)

1. Browse to http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
   
2. Enter your FTP username and password
   
3. Click OK
4. Click File Manager
5. Use the FTP interface as required to manage your site via FTP
