Summary:

If your hosting account supports it, you can setup a new MySQL database.  The database can be used to host a website or provide additional functionality to your hosting account.

Resolution:

Create a new MySQL Database

1. Browse to http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
   
2. Enter your FTP username and password
   
3. Click OK
4. Click MySQL Databases
5. Enter Database Name and click Create Database
6. Click Go Back

Create a new MySQL user

1. Create a new MySQL Username and Password
2. Click Create User
3. Click Go Back

Add the user to the database

1. Select the user
2. Select the database
3. Click Add
4. Tick All Privileges
5. Click Make Changes
6. Click Go Back

Your new MySQL database is now ready to be used.
