Summary:

You may need to change your email password to something easier to remember or for security reasons.  This article describes how to change your email password.

Resolution:

1. Browse to http://webmail.yourdomain.com
   
2. Enter your full email address and password
   
3. Click OK
4. Click Change Password
5. Enter the new password
6. Click Change

Password Tips:

• Length between 8-12 characters
• Contains at least 1 upper case letter
• Contains at least 1 lower case letter
• Contains at least 1 letter
• You also may wish to include a symbol
• Try to avoid using words or birthdays
