Summary:

Follow the instructions in this article to create a new email account for your domain.

Resolution:

1. Browse to http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
   
2. Enter your FTP username and password
   
3. Click OK
4. Click Email Accounts
5. Enter the new Email Name (i.e. admin for admin@yourdomain.com)
6. Enter a Password
7. Click Create
   

Password Tips:

• Use the generate button to create a secure password
• Length between 8-12 characters
• Contains at least 1 upper case letter
• Contains at least 1 lower case letter
• Contains at least 1 letter
• You also may wish to include a symbol
• Try to avoid using words or birthdays
